Posses: The Lost soul picks a target within 5ft. That has been dead for no longer than 1 week, does not have the undead tag, and is medium or smaller. The Lost soul posses the corpse and takes control of it. The corpse awakens with its Hip points maximum halved. The lost soul may take the physical actions of the corpse but may not use magic or magical items. The Lost soul has intentions to make more hosts for more lost souls. If the possessed body takes 15 or more points of damage in a single attack, the body makes a Con. Saving throw DC= 10+1 for each point of damage after 15. On a failed save, The Lost soul is evicted from the body. The same Lost soul may not repossess a body it has already possessed. If a body fails the saving throw two times, the body is destroyed as is the lost soul. If a body is brought to 0 Hit points, the body is destroyed as is the lost soul. A body may be possessed twice before it faint the undead tag. If a body is possessed a second time it comes back with 1/4 it's Hit point maximum.

The Lost soul is a small ball of cold blue for that whispe around looking for dead bodies, the Lost souls are souls of creatures that died in large battles that got lost trying to find their way to the afterlife. Their will be many more lost souls in an area where great battles were fought or in areas were mass death happened as opposed to a random part of the forest.
