Kobold Lineage [Lineage]

One of your parents was a kobold, and you have inherited some of their power.

Prerequisite: 1st level, non-kobold(but have a kobold parent)

Benefit: You may use shifty as an encounter power. You gain a +1 racial bonus to all defenses against traps. You can take feats that have Kobold or shifty as prerequisites as long as you meet any other requirement.
