Devastating Critical. A headsman always deals maximum damage on a critical hit (53 slashing damage).

ACTIONS

Executioner's Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d12 + 3) slashing damage. If the creature is incapacitated, or reduced to 0 hit points by the attack, its head is severed, killing it instantly.


Headsmen are professional dispensers of high justice.
