You cut with the force of a thousand blades to finish your foe.
4e Power Usage::Encounter, Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 3[W] + Strength modifier damage.
Effect: the target makes an attack against you after this attack resolves and the attack is considered a critical hit.
Wind Samurai: Add your Wisdom Modifier to the damage dealt.
Special: If the target is bloodied, this power scores a critical hit on a roll of 17-20.
