Extra Immediate Action [General]

3e Summary::You are particularly adept at avoiding threats
Prerequisite: Dodge, Combat Reflexes
Benefit: You can take an extra immediate action every round. If you do so, you are considered as if under the effect of a Slow spell for the duration of your following turn.
Normal: You can only take one immediate action per round.
