Earth Control (Str; Trained Only; Power)
Check: Using this skill allows the character to create a weak earthquake centered on the user. Everyone within the affected area, determined by the check result, except the user must make a Reflex save against the users skill check result or fall prone. The quake has no affect on the surrounding structures but may make glasses rattle or other small objects fall, but nothing major.
