Duskwing (4e Creature)
Harpies of the shadowfell.
Duskwing
Pale and beautiful, Duskwings vaguely resemble Shadar-Kai. Significant numbers of these winged humanoids have even gone through the lengths of getting tribal tattoos and piercings. Some other creature clearly had to have applied the ink, though, as Darkwings do not have proper forelimbs. They have instead large wings with pale grey plumage, and use their surprisingly nimble talons to manipulate their environment.
Duskwings remseble shadar-kai in the way harpies resemble humans.
