The Cleanse

This disease is extremely dangerous to humans but safe to everything else. It begins as a 30 foot radius around the container in which it was carried in. If any human enters or starts their turn in the zone, they have to make a Constitution check of 15 or get Cleansed. It stays dormant for a week and then gets to work. At the beginning of every turn, they take 1d6 necrotic damage due to the Cleanse making more of itself from their cells. Once they die, the Cleanse is released from their bodies and their bodies are considered containers of the Cleanse for purposes of spreading.

Radiation Sickness

This disease is noncontagious and is found in various levels. Every level of radiation requires a Constitution saving throw beginning on every turn and when entering the zone. Entering the zone is defined as the first time the DC is high enough that you have to roll for it. If you fail the saving throw, you gain one level of radiation sickness. This acts exactly as if you have one level of exhaustion and take 1d6 necrotic damage. Failing it by 5 or more results in gaining two levels and 2d6 necrotic damage. Failing it by 9 or more results in three levels and 4d6 necrotic damage and so on, doubling the amount of damage you'd take previously. A long rest heals you of all radiation sickness, although it may have long-term effects. Levels of sickness and exhaustion do not stack; for example, if you have one level of exhaustion and two levels of radiation sickness, you do not gain third level disadvantages until you gain a third level in one of these. Multiples of the same level also do not stack. If you have one level in both exhaustion and sickness, you do not have double disadvantage on ability checks.
