You cause violent chemical reactions in the ground before you.
Benefit: You can use damdiga as an encounter power.
Overcharge: When you use this power, you can roll a d20.
♦10+: You may use this power a second time on your next turn.
♦9 or less: You take ongoing 10 corrosive damage (save ends).
