Hybrid Classes

This rule is used for those who wish to use something similar to the Cross-Class rules with Home brew or Unearthed arcana Classes.

Creating a Hybrid Class

Choose a main class this is what you intend to get most of your class abilities and proficiency from.

Choose a secondary Class this is the class you will gain new abilities from.

level up in your main class as usual.

At level 3 gain an ability from your secondary class of level 1-3.

At level 7 gain an ability from your secondary class of level 1-7.

At level 15 gain an ability from your secondary class of level 8-15.

At level 18 gain an ability from your secondary class of level 8-18.

For Class abilities that grow with level such as Barbarian Rage treat your level in that ability as every odd level you have in your main class starting with the level you take the secondary ability. For example: A Fighter takes Rage at level 3, at level 3 he has rage equivalent of a level one Barbarian and it goes up to effective Barbarian level 2 at Fighter level 5.
