Chaos bubble

a shimmering force field of variable color surrounds an area chaotic creatures and non plant beast or humanoid creatures within 5 miles of the bubble are drawn to the interior of the bubble these same creatures can not leave the bubble without making a dc 25 charisma save.time is irrelevant inside the bubble and creatures can use their an action to swap initiative with a willing creature.if a chaotic or non beast humanoid beast or plant creature casts a spell inside the bubble of at least 2nd level they gain a spell slot with a level equal to the spell cast -1.
