3e Summary::You focus on your chakra more than what's going on around you.

Prerequisite: Bending Style 1st

Benefit: Whenever you would restore 1 Chakra you instead restore 2. This internal focus distracts you from your surroundings, when your Chakra Pool is not full you receive a -2 penalty on Spot and Listen Checks.
