Manufacture
The cartriges can be made in 2 forms: Paper and Metal
Paper cartriges are substantially cheaper to make, however metal ones are far more resillient and do not misfire as easily
Paper cartriges require (for light,normal,heavy) 2, 3,4 sheets of paper, 4, 5, 6 gp of gunpowder and 1, 2, 3 gp of metal to manufacture 20 over 4 hours of downtime.
Metal cartriges require (again, for light, normal heavy) 4, 5, 6 gp of gunpowder and 3, 5, 6 gp of metal to maunfacture 20 over 4 hours of downtime

Cost: 15 gp Small, light cartriges, for use in pistols and carbines |

Cost: 20 gp Standard cartriges for rifles and carbines |

Cost: 25 gp Heavy, armour-piercing rifle cartriges |

Water Damage
If your paper cartriges are exposed to wateer, there is a chance they become wet and useless.
Heavy Cartriges
These alter the way you make your attacks
Instead of rolling a normal attack, your target makes a dexterity saving throw with a DC of (8 + your 'to hit' modifier)
