3e Summary::You get blindsight out to 60 ft. against every creature you pinpoint with a Listen check.
Prerequisite: Blind-Fight, Listen 20 ranks.
Benefit: If you succeed at a Listen check against a particular creature within 60 ft., you can spot that creature as if you had blindsight.
Normal: A character can hear creatures he cannot see, but he cannot perfectly pinpoint them even with Listen checks.
