Parrying

The weapon grants a +1 insight bonus to the wielders Armor Class. The bonus is granted whenever the wielder holds the weapon, even if flat-footed.

Manifester Level: 5; Prerequisites: Craft Psionic Arms and Armor, combat precognition; Market Price: +1 bonus.
