Disarm Mind [Psionic]

Prerequisite: Cha 13+, Mental Adversary.

Benefit: The character depletes a number of power points equal to his or her Charisma modifier x4 from his or her opponent on any psionic attack that deals 1 or more ability damage, after accounting for the opponents mental hardness. To use this feat, the character must pay power points equal to the cost of the psionic attack +3. The character decides whether or not to pay the extra cost after discovering the failure or success of the psionic attack to deal ability damage.
