3.5e Racial Substitution Levels Skraal

Note: Only pureblood Skraal are eligible for these, not Half-Skraal. Skraal Sorcerers and Wizards rarely take familiars (most of which would have difficulty surviving in the Skraal homelands), instead gaining improved access to spells that aid survival in harsh environments. Skraal Adepts receive various upgrades intended to make the Adept somewhat viable as a PC class.
