Springtide Storm inflicts damage.

If the user is Enamorus in its Incarnate Form, it has a 30% (Standard Style) or 50% (Strong Style) chance of boosting all the user's stats for 3 turns (Standard Style) or 5 turns (Strong Style). In its Therian Form, it has a 30% (Standard Style) or 50% (Strong Style) chance of lowering the target's Defenses for 3 turns (Standard Style) or 5 turns (Strong Style).
