Major events
- X continues his battle against the Team Flare Grunt.
- Trevor helps X battle the Grunt.
- Clemont tells Y more about her mother's kidnapping.
- Cassius arrives and defeats the Grunt's Espurr.
- Clemont is sent flying by Psychic energy after he opens the Grunt's Espurr's ears to see the organs under them.
- At the cost of its flower, Trevor's Flabébé retrieves Li'l Kanga and Élec's Mega Stones and gives them back.
- X Mega Evolves Élec into Mega Manectric, allowing it to defeat the Grunt.
- The Grunt escapes, but drops a document containing a list of various Pokémon and the Mega Stones required to Mega Evolve them.
- X and Trevor return to their friends, only to find Y depressed from the news about her mother.
- Cassius introduces himself and his friends to X's group.
- Cassius introduces Emma, who has adopted one of the Grunt's Espurr.
