Mission Card
Mission Cards are an addition to Pokémon Shuffle that encourages the replay of stages that may have already been completed and the selection of more diverse types of Support Pokémon by creating alternate goals or objectives. The first three Mission Cards were added in Version 1.3.0 (3DS) on March 23, 2016 and Version 1.6.0 (Mobile) on April 26, 2016. New Mission Cards were added in subsequent updates.

Each Mission Card specifies a number of missions, each of which will earn the player a specified amount of Stars. Once a specified amount of Stars are earned within the current Mission Card, players receive rewards. When a mission on the active Mission Card is completed, the player will be notified after completion of the stage and automatically receive any items or rewards earned.
Only one Mission Card may be selected at a time; however, cards may be swapped between at any time and completed in any order. Missions on the currently selected card may also be completed in any order. Completion of more than one mission can occur simultaneously, depending on the type of missions on the current card. If a card is abandoned with missions completed, those missions remain completed when the card is re-selected at a later time.
Mission requirements must be completed within a single attempt of a stage, not cumulatively over multiple attempts. If a mission designates a specific Pokémon for the target stage, any stage featuring that Pokémon, including its alternate forms, may be used for that mission.
