Ruby & Sapphire chapter

In Mowing Down Ludicolo, Sapphire received the Letter from Mr. Stone, who asked her to deliver it to Steven. In A Royal Rumble with Regirock, Regice and Registeel I, Sapphire encountered Steven and gave the Letter to him, successfully completing her delivery mission. Inside the Letter was a piece of paper with the Braille that was missing from a slab describing the Legendary titans. By translating it, Steven was able to figure out that the missing components for awakening Regirock, Regice, and Registeel were Wailord and Relicanth.
