Card Key (Johto)
The Card Key (Japanese: カードキー Card Key) is a Key Item introduced in Generation II. It is used to open a locked shutter preventing access to the top of the Goldenrod Radio Tower.

Effect
The Card Key opens a shutter on the third floor of the Goldenrod Radio Tower, allowing the player to climb to the top of the tower and battle Team Rocket's remaining Executives.
