Bianca was released in the English Emerging Powers expansion. In Japan, this card was originally released in each of the Battle Strength Decks as a Reverse Cracked Ice Holofoil. It was reprinted in the Battle Theme Deck: Victini. It was also reprinted as a Holofoil BW-P Promotional card with new artwork by Megumi Mizutani in a twelve card random pack released during the September 2011 Gym Challenge. The original print was later included again in the Battle Gift Set: Thundurus vs Tornadus, the Master Deck Build Box EX, and the Mewtwo vs Genesect Deck Kit. It was later reprinted as a Full Art card with artwork by Megumi Mizutani in the English Boundaries Crossed expansion, originating from the Japanese Cold Flare expansion. The BW-P Promotional print was eventually released 2 years later in the English Legendary Treasures expansion. In January 2013, a special Mirror Holofoil version of the Legendary Treasures print was made available for the Froakie Season of the 2013 Pokémon League Cycle.

This card's effect is identical to Professor Birch and Korrina's Focus.
